TERMS OF SERVICE - PURCHASE

Voodoo offers Account Holders the option to select a weekly subscription after a three-day free trial period for accessing specific services provided by Voodoo (the "Subscribed Services") at a price of $5.99 USD per week (the "Price").

Scope of the Subscription

After the Free Trial Period, Account Holders will continue to have access to the Subscribed Services upon confirmation of purchase and after payment is charged to their personal iTunes Account.

The Subscribed Services grant Account Holders access to certain games and remove all ads.

Account Holders agree that the Price for the Subscribed Services is final and non-refundable.

Purchases by Account Holders outside the U.S.A

The Price is listed in US Dollars. Non-U.S.A residents who wish to download the Subscription may be subject to currency conversion charges.

In addition, Voodoo reserves the right to change and update the Price and inventory of the available Subscribed Services at any time.

Termination of the Subscription

Voodoo may cancel, suspend, or terminate Account Holders' access to the Subscribed Services if they fail to comply with the terms, engage in unlawful activities associated with their account, or if fraud or misuse is suspected.

The Subscription will automatically renew unless the Account Holder withdraws from it 24 hours before the end of the current week. Failure to withdraw will result in a charge for the following Subscription period.

Account Holders can manage automatic renewal settings directly via their iTunes Account.

When the Free Trial Period or subscription period expires and provided that withdrawal from the Subscription has occurred as described above, the Account Holder's personal account will be closed.
